Righteous Nonprofit Outreach

Alison James was born and raised in Columbia SC. She worked for the state driving school bus for over 20 years until retirement in 2007.  Alison James was seeing the youth in her community, raised by single mothers.  Alison became heart broken to see disadvantaged young boys joining gangs, committing youth crimes and getting locked up within youth facilities only to get released and remain on that same road.

Young boys in her community were dropping out of school, as well as going in and out of youth facilities until they reached adulthood. Once in adulthood, they were in and out of prison. Alison James forced herself to come up with a way that she could do something to help the lives of disadvantaged youth in her community. Thus came the idea of forming a nonprofit  called Righteous Nonprofit Outreach to bring about programs that will aim to help and save the lives of young boys in her area.

Alison James Incorporated Righteous Nonprofit Outreach and then reached out to her son who had became a successful businessman and majority owner of a real estate corporation that he had formed. Michael James was willing to help. Michael wrote out the Boys To Men Program and curriculum which is  designed to get the youths more interested in school, gang prevention and on track towards a career. Righteous Nonprofit Outreach is now seeking funding for the Boys To Men Program.
